Miles led expansion by strategically acquiring relevant players in the job board, HR, recruiting, staffing, and RPO industries, including Mediabistro, Scouted, OneWire, Recruiting Social, and Novo Group. He has facilitated various investment rounds, partnering with angel investors, private equity, hedge funds, and investment banking institutions to ensure the sustainable growth of Recruiter.com.

Most recently, he has focused on applying artificial intelligence to projects, creating an AI course for recruiters, and launching CandidatePitch, which creates automatic candidate profiles. He also developed the AI Exchange on LinkedIn, a discussion group with over 1 million members.
